Independent wellness clinic / Search + tracking

More search visibility. A simpler way to get in touch.

For an independent wellness clinic, I helped simplify the first inquiry step, then added and checked tracking for completed requests. I also reviewed search visibility across two defined periods. Together, that work gives the business a clearer view of how people find the site and when an initial request is completed.

These are observed search figures, not a count of inquiries or customers. The comparison does not establish that my work caused the increase.

Making the first inquiry easier to complete.

An initial inquiry should make it easy to start a conversation. I focused on reducing what a visitor had to complete at that stage and giving the business a clear signal when the request succeeded.

I helped shape the simpler form, which the website provider implemented on June 15, 2026. On June 30, I added tracking tied to its successful completion state. Keeping those dates matters when reviewing what the website and its reporting can show.

What I worked on.

  • A shorter first step

I helped simplify the existing form so the first step focused on starting an inquiry. The provider implemented the revised form; my follow-through included checking how a completed request could be measured.

  • Completed-request tracking

I tied the tracking event to the form's confirmed success message. Opening the page, beginning the form or pressing its button does not by itself establish a completed request.

  • Validation at the completed step

I checked that the event fired when the inline confirmation appeared. Incomplete and invalid attempts did not record a completed request during validation.

  • A dated search comparison

I reviewed Google Search Console's Web figures across March–May and June–August 2026. That gives the search comparison a clear source and timeframe, separate from the form-completion measurement.

From interest to contact

A clearer first step. A measurable completion.

The form work and tracking address the inquiry itself. The search comparison answers a separate question: how often people saw and clicked the website in Google.

What Google Search Console recorded.

From March 1 through May 31, 2026, Google Search Console recorded 63 clicks and 2,637 impressions. From June 1 through August 31, it recorded 102 clicks and 5,046 impressions. Rounded, that is 62% more clicks and 91% more search impressions in the later period.

Impressions show how often the site appeared in search results; clicks count clicks from those results to the website. The June–August window overlaps the form and tracking work. This comparison cannot isolate their effect or establish how many inquiries or customers resulted.

A clearer view of two different steps.

The implemented form and tracking changes make the inquiry step easier to assess. The search comparison shows more appearances and clicks in the later period. I keep those observations distinct when explaining the project and choosing the next improvement.

There was no comparable lead-tracking baseline before this event was added, so I cannot calculate an increase in completed inquiries from it. The useful foundation is now in place: a simpler first step, a checked completion signal and dated search evidence for future reviews.
