70 West Plumbing / Website + content + tracking
For 70 West Plumbing, I connected service choices, homeowner guides and contact options so visitors could move from a plumbing question to relevant help. I also checked actual inquiry records against analytics and repaired a weakness in successful-submission tracking.

Some visitors know which service they need and want to contact a plumber. Others are comparing options or trying to understand a problem. I organized the homepage around those decisions, keeping contact options available while giving people clear service choices, recent reviews and useful guidance.
My work covered the existing homepage, links between related pages and inquiry measurement. The aim was to make the site useful from the first question through the contact step, then check what the records could tell us about actual inquiries.
I gave visitors direct routes from the homepage to relevant plumbing services, with phone and quote options available when they were ready to act.
I brought recent Google review excerpts closer to the top of the homepage, linked them to their original sources and added dates that made clear when the review information was checked.
I connected service pages with guides that answer different homeowner questions: choosing a water heater, planning maintenance and preparing to contact the business.
The published tankless-maintenance guide can be reached from both Home and Water Heater Services. It helps a homeowner prepare for a service conversation: what the equipment may need, which changes to mention and what to ask. The separate comparison guide covers choosing and sizing a water heater.
After the October 3 publication, I checked discovery from the homepage. The crawl reached nine public pages, all available and indexable, with every other page one link from Home. I also followed the guide and service links to confirm visitors could move between the relevant information.
How the pages connect
The maintenance guide is linked from the homepage and Water Heater Services page, putting helpful content where visitors can find it.
A real September inquiry was present in the form records but missing from the successful-submission events in analytics. I compared the records and investigated how the form passed its completion signal to the tracking code.
I found and repaired a weakness that could leave a completed request out of the analytics report. I published the repair on October 2. The next check is to match a genuine new inquiry to the analytics report; that had not yet been confirmed at the October 3 review.
The homepage refinements and guide links are live. I confirmed that one website inquiry submitted on September 27, 2026 became a completed job. That is one documented outcome; it predates the October 2–3 improvements and does not measure their effect.
The practical result of the later work is a connected set of service and guide pages, clearer contact routes and a repaired tracking weakness. I can build on those foundations by checking future inquiries against the reporting and the business's own records.
Send me your website and the main thing you want to improve. I can look at the public pages and help identify a useful next step.
