Hot Springs Media is Austin’s independent website and marketing practice. This page explains how the current website handles information when you contact us.

Website review requests

When you submit the Website Review form, the details you enter are processed by Cloudflare to deliver a notification to Hot Springs Media’s email inbox. We use those details to respond to your request and manage the resulting conversation. This site does not maintain a separate database of form submissions; email correspondence may remain in our inbox as needed for business records.

You can also contact us directly at info@hotspringsmedia.com. Please do not send passwords, payment details, private customer data, or access credentials through this initial contact path.

Site operation and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our homepage and Privacy page and when a Website Review request is accepted. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers and receive technical browser information. We send page addresses without query strings or fragments, referring site origins only, and a fixed label for accepted form requests. We do not send names, email addresses, website URLs entered in the form, or other form answers to Analytics. Google signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled.

Cloudflare may process ordinary technical request data, such as IP address and browser information, to serve and protect the site and deliver form notifications. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser also requests those files from Google.
